Can anyone guess what the above picture to the left is and where it
was taken, Click on the picture for the answer.
In referring to the picture to the right, my personal opinion
is, Tom is
pushing Siena too fast. We all know he will be teaching her how to
fly before she is 15, but to try and give her a checkout flight now
is down right silly. It looks to me like he is going to have to put
foot blocks on the petals before she begins her flight training.
The picture below is taken at Siena's 2 birthday party. She is
actually only 1 year old but we also celebrated her birth over a
year ago. Click on the picture to see the rest of the show.
Guess what ? I finally have almost all the vacation pictures up. I
still have no music on the second Stallions page, but I will get it
come "hell or hi water". "Got it" and I guess someone must
be watching this page because the weather guy on TV says we are
going to get 2 inches of rain Wednesday. Read below to find out how to get to the
vacation pictures.
Sorry but I confess I have been lazy about putting the pictures
Diane and I took during our recent mid winter trip to the cold
south. .This first group of pictures were taken at Siena's Baptism. From what I have heard some people are getting down right
nasty. So for you who complained I am going to make sure a special
picture of you is included.
If you click on the picture of Siena to the right
 or go to the Diane
and Don link to the left you will see the first stop of our
winter vacation of 2009. We arrived on January 23rd, so it was too cold to be running
around outside. In the first slideshow you will see mostly Siena. She is
growing so fast. You can see by the above picture she has learned
how to feed herself. Some of the pictures from this slide show
actually have some other people in them. But they are not important.

The following slide show was Siena's Thanksgiving
in Ohio. November 2008, I am placing this link here in the 2009
story because I got behind on my web page updates and some may have
missed the pictures.
Siena, Amie and Tom drove in
from Maryland, as the weather was too questionable to fly the
Cheetah. We had rain and snow forecast almost their entire route.
Crossing the mountains is always dangerous in the winter because of
the chance of getting ice on the aircraft. Small aircraft do not
want to fly if they have ice on their wings.
Donna, Diane's sister surprised us by flying in from
Massachusetts. We found out that plans were coordinated through Amie
and Tom and Jen and Don. I guess every one was aware that Donna was
coming except Diane and the Frog. It was a good surprise as we had
not seen Donna for several years. We had our Thanksgiving at Don's
home as he has nearly twice the room we have. Jen's mother and her grand
daughter was there along with her brother and a couple of her
uncles. Henry Jen's dad could not make it as he had to work. We also had all
4 of the dogs with us, so we had to keep an eye
on the food table as except for Minnie the other three could just
stand there and eat from the table. I am happy to say the dogs
behaved them selves and no food was missing. The food was
great and I believe every one had plenty to eat. There is a slide
show of every one stuffing their face under the picture above. So

ago. He has nearly 300 pictures of Siena. Because this is Tom's
webpage I can not put any disgusting music or change anything that
may offend someone. One good thing the pictures will automatically

From this link you will see many old pictures of our family and a
narrative of the Roehler family written by our cousin Doreen for the
Christmas 2001 family album the 2 of us put together. Many pictures
remain un-named as we still have no idea who they are. If you see
yourself or know of someone let me know so I can give their picture
a title.

Below is is the picture of the over the hill PACE group at our annual
old folks New Years bash. Except for the
gentleman between Larry and Don we are all ex Pace members. You
could tell some of us are getting old when they could not open the
bottle of champagne, to toast in Dick Clark and 2009. It is my sad
burden to say Dick Clark should hang up his records. Ever since his
major stroke, he has tried to come back. But what we saw New Years
eve looked more like a K Mart manikin than Dick. Also I am told that
he had to learn how to talk again after the stroke. He sounded like
a record playing at half speed. So I want to say Dick I loved you
back in the 50's but the ball has fallen. Produce all the shows you
want but do not get propped up in front of a TV camera.
Most of
the group who have stayed in contact have retired and moved South or
West.
The antennas coming out of Brenda's head are really not
attached to her head, they are actually a new walking devise, with
hi intensity car headlights, tied to her back. They are supposed to
help her see
where she is going at night. The only problem she has to carry this
long extension cord to power the lights. When she bought the lights
she was given the choice of a long wire or a wagon she could pull
behind her with 4 car batteries to provide the power.
I will be trying a new slide
show program shortly. This program you should be able to stop run,
copy pictures that you may want. I am still testing it as it must be
able to out perform the Microsoft slide program I have been
using.
