These are pictures from our June 2008 visit to Tom and Amie's. I really should say it was great to see our little grand daughter Siena. She is about 11 weeks old when these pictures were taken. There was much discussion before she was born as to what her nick name would be. I believe Amie came up with the perfect name,  Gabby. This little girl sure has a lot to say, even if you can not understand a word she is saying.  She has about 20 different facial expressions all the way from a broad smile to a crunched up face when she needs her diaper changed or is hungry As for changing diapers I think Grandma Diane has decided she is not going to have any more babies. She was demanding clean diapers every hour or less. Amie is happy to report Siena is sleeping longer at night now, thus allowing Amie to get some rest. Several days Amie and Tom were able to put in a full days work, trusting that we were there to take care of our little one. I want it clear that I did not do any of the diaper changing as that is Grand ma work.  That is the first few times were fun but then I believe after that Diane said it was like the old saying It is fun being Grand parents as we could go home and leave the dirty work for the parents.
