Don E. gets into the White House  

 Don and and a select group of other FAA supervisors were briefed on the next generation of Air Traffic Control last week. This was the first of many meeting Don will be attending, it was held in Washington DC in September of 09. He will be attending other meetings that are being planed at different locations around the country. At this point I do not know what direction this control system will take but I believe the new system  will be more like  Star Wars than the present Buck Rogers system we have been using for the last 60 years.

One evening he was able to relax a little and do some site seeing. One of his fellow attendees had a relative who worked at the White House and invited him to come to the White House for a visit. That is how he was able to get into the West Wing which as Diane , his mother, says no one gets to see as a tourist, especially at night when everything is locked down. The slide show also shows that they were attacked by the  First Dog  Bo. Don said Bo wanted to talk to Libby and Jagger, probably some campaign talk,. Or should I say BARK so he called them on his cell phone.
